Duncan has a long background in physical activity from a sporting and adventure background. As a climber, coach and instructor he has built his repertoire of experience both indoors and out whether it in the mountains, in the climbing wall or the gym.
For the last several years he has focused his attention more to delivering quality coaching for those looking to get more active and those looking to compete in a range of sports.
In his spare time Duncan is either training, hill running or eating to replenish the energy stores for the next adventure. The great outdoors is Duncan’s favourite so any excuse to be active or explore is top on his list!
